Shipping policy
We only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to APO, FPO, US Territories, or locations outside of the US.
We offer free standard shipping to orders on all orders within the continental United States. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $10. Free shipping only applies to standard shipping options. We charge for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping charges are specified at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
Processing, Handling & Shipping Times
Standard shipping is 2-10 days. Expedited orders are expected to arrive in 2 business days. Order by 1pm PST for same day processing. Please be aware that orders could ship in multiple parcels. We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
While we try to ship orders out as soon as possible. With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or unexpected volume spikes, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed.
Estimated delivery dates include processing and carrier transit time. Please be aware that shipping times are not guaranteed. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. Check tracking information for updates from courier. We do not take responsibility for any stolen or last packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for such issues.
Shipping Methods and Risk of Loss
We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
All Merchandise purchased from Emdash on the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to user upon Emdash’s delivery of Merchandise to the carrier.
