Refund policy

Regularly priced merchandise purchased through EmdashBeauty.com will come with a 30-day return policy, beginning on the date the order is received. If you are unsatisfied with your regularly priced purchase from Emdash, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product to initiate a refund. Returns are accepted via mail.

 

In the case of incorrect products shipped, damaged, or defective products, we are glad to provide returns or replacements if a return is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product. 

 

Emdash is unable to cancel orders once checkout is complete. 

 

To initiate a refund, email hello@emdashbeauty.com. Include your name, order number and the reason for requesting the refund. When emailing, please include your name, order number, a description of your issue, and a preferred contact method. A member of our team will process your request within 1-2 business days and respond with further instructions.

 

We may ask you to return your product to us before a refund is issued, even if it has been used. We will accept the bottle with any unused portion of the product for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping fees. Put the item securely in the product’s box and include the original packaging if available. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipping. Please make sure to include the returns slip provided by our team. Items that are damaged or lost due to improper packaging, and empty product boxes with no products inside will not be accepted as a return. 

 

Please note that we do not issue exchanges.

 

Emdash does not charge a restocking fee. However, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us using your preferred shipping method. You are responsible for any associated return shipping fees. If requested, we can provide a return shipping label to you via email. If you use our shipping label, $8 will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of a return initiated due to the direct fault of Emdash or a recall, a mailing label will be provided at no charge to you via email.

 

Unless otherwise specified by Emdash, the item for which the return is requested and any unused product must be received by Emdash before a refund can be processed.

 

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment less original shipping costs and the cost of the return label (if applicable). Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Timing will vary depending on your bank's policies.

Restrictions

 

Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund. All promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned, this includes any products purchased using a promotional code.

 

Note that if more than 30 days have passed since the date you received your order, refunds are at the sole discretion of Emdashbeauty.com. 

 

Be aware that we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns COD. We require a receipt or proof of purchase from Emdashbeauty.com in order to issue a return. Products purchased from any other retailer or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to EmdashBeauty.com and we will be unable to issue a credit to you. Be aware that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns.
