Our Ingredient Standards

What we leave out is as important as what we put in.

Our ingredient lists follow European standards which are among the strictest in the world. All added ingredients including those in trace amounts are listed, which goes beyond US requirements. We aim to exclude ingredients that may be sensitizing, hormone disrupting, carcinogenic or toxic. Restricted ingredients are used only when necessary and when used, we will always call them out. Additionally, we promote ethical and responsible sourcing, and restrict the use of ingredients that are known to be detrimental to the environment or harmful to the welfare of humans and animals.

However, standards change as ingredients are further studied and improved methods of production are introduced. This list is a living document that is always evolving to reflect the latest in safety and skin science.
